We have a syndicate of senior executives, who are the chief advisors and key decision makers in driving Shiv Shakti Agro (India) Private Limited. Our senior management group is made up of people having in-depth industry knowledge and vast professional experience from a wide range of industries in the markets where Shiv Shakti Agro operates. Our management group is fully committed to safeguard the interests of all our stakeholders and promote long-term sustainability of the company.
Ram Gopal Sureka
A Mechanical Engineer of 1967 batch from the famous Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi; Ram Gopal Sureka is an able administrator having comprehensive experience of 43 years in Proprietorship and Industrial Management. His vision saw his existing business of fertilizer/cement and grains trading diversify into Cattle & Poultry feed manufacture via the establishment of Shivshakti Agro India Ltd.
Pragati Sureka
Pragati Sureka is a post graduate in Occupational Health Psychology from IWHO (Institute of Work, Health & Organisation) under the University of Nottingham, UK. Psychosocial Synergy and Work Life Balance are her areas of expertise. She is the Chairperson of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She also spearheads the Company’s Social Entrepreneurship arena. In line with the Company’s vision of creating a culture of global responsible citizens, she designs management policies for Self Growth and Happiness @ Work for Employee Welfare. She has extensive work experience in this area.
Sumit Sureka
Sumit Sureka is a product of the acclaimed Sri Ram College of Commerce from University of Delhi. With a degree in B.Com (Hons.), he has been associated with SAIL since its inception, and proved his mettle by taking the company to greater heights.
Subodh Mishra
Subodh Mishra is a graduate in Agriculture and Post graduate in Rural Management. In his career he has around 35 years of experience, starting with FMCG and last 21 years in varied capacities in Poultry and Animal Nutrition.
He started his career with Gujarat Co Milk Federation “AMUL”, and gained a rich experience of 12 years. He moved to the Poultry Industry in 1995 & was associated with companies like Venky’s, DamaniaAgritech, Japfa& Jubilant Life Sciences in India. Prior to SAIL, he was the Marketing Head of Eco Oils SdnBhd (part of the KewalramChanrai) group, in Malaysia. He was instrumental in setting up the entire Indian operation of Eco Oils.
He has been associated with Shivshakti Agro India Limited, and Amrit Breeder Farms Private Limited, since April 2007 and has added much value all around.
Jyoti Sureka
Jyoti Sureka graduated from the Iowa State University, USA with a Masters degree in Computer Science. After gaining valuable experience in USA, he has joined the company bringing in his expertise of operating in diverse international cultures and surroundings.
T Srinithi
T Srinithi has a total working experience of over 32 years, in diversified Industries that include Projects, Paper, Boiler, Engineering, Textile Processing and Poultry. He has rich experience in the Poultry Industry for over 20 years and has worked with the pioneers of the Poultry Industry Suguna Poultry Farm Limited and Venkateshwara Hatcheries and was instrumental in setting up the entire Eastern India poultry operations for both the companies.
He has been associated with SAIL since October 2007 in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer, he was promoted has been as Chief Executive Officer since in Oct 2012 and has been elevated as Executive Director since March 2019. He is a Science Graduate.
